1.Order

How do I change the order content?

  • Please email us at sales@illusionmall.com before shipping(cannot be modified after delivery).Be sure to include your order number.In addition,if you want to adjust the model or color of products.Please also let us know the details in email.

2.Shipping

Can I modify my shipping address?

  • If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address,please contact us immediately with the correct address.If your order has not yet been shipped we will edit your order information. (Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.)

When will my order ship?

  • Normally,Ship within 2 BUSINESS days after your purchase(business days do not include weekends or holidays).However,if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch,orders may take a bit longer to process.Please be patient.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • All retail orders ship within 2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends).
  • U.S. Shipping: delivered in 1-2 weeks
  • International Shipping: delivered in 3-4 weeks

3.Return&Exchange

I made a mistake.Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • If your order has not shipped out,we can modify or cancel your order.Contact us at sales@illusionmall.com.
  • If your order has already shipped out,we unfortunately are not be able to make any modifications.Nonetheless,write us at sales@illusionmall.com or read our FAQ on "Our Return and Exchange Policy".We will do our best to help you out.

4.Payment

How can I pay for my order?

  • When you check out,you can choose to pay by PayPal or credit card.

What payment types are accepted?

  • We currently support the following payment methods:
  • Credit Cards:We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB. For Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, select the Credit card option at checkout.
  • Debit Cards:Select Paypal and click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option as guest.This will open up the PayPal Guest Checkout which does not require creating or having a PayPal account.
  • Paypal:Select Paypal and follow the steps at checkout to be redirected to Paypal and complete the payment.
What is your default currency? Can I use another currency?
  • All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollar).
  • At this moment,we do not have the option to switch to other currencies.But we will continuously improve our shopping experience and hope to be able to support multiple currencies in the near future.
